Charles has worked extensively in the areas of auto accidents, premises liability, slip and falls, general liability, construction and labor law, product liability, and related matters in which individuals and companies required representation.
He has pursued cases through all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
Charles has served as defense counsel to a variety of nationally recognized insurance companies, giving him inside knowledge of how claims are evaluated and defended by these companies. He uses this experience to aggressively prosecute his injured clients’ cases and get them the highest settlement possible.
